Kate was born in Morristown, NJ, grew up in small town Middletown MD, and attended college at Virginia Tech, where she studied Biological Systems Engineering and Environmental Science. After college she moved to sunny Colorado to take advantage of all the outdoor fun this state has to offer. She now calls Colorado home!

Scott was born in Sharon, CT, and spent the first 12 years of his life in Amenia, NY. Scott and his family moved to Oklahoma City in the Fall of 1993 where Scott attended high school and continued on to college at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating, Scott was offered a job in Longmont, Colorado, and couldn't wait to get to the high country!
